It was Bruce who convinced him to move into the tower. He had called him in the middle of one of Steve’s zoning out sessions, the ringing phone nearly sending him straight through the ceiling of his cramped apartment. Bruce told him that a friend of his alerted him of Steve’s current state. Of course Bruce, the doctor/psychologist wanted to help him out.
